Tree Maintenance Role:

Active is seeking a skilled and safety-focused professional to join their team in Gladstone. As an entry-level or experienced tree worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of equipment, as well as the maintenance and removal of trees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and operate tip-truck and chipper units safely and effectively.
  • Rotate throughout the day between duties such as site setup, cleanup, ground cutting using a chainsaw, and safety observing.
  • Operate Elevated Work Platforms safely and effectively, as well as handheld tools for tree maintenance and removal.

Requirements:

  • Valid MR/HR Truck licence
  • Elevated Work Platform licence
  • Chainsaw operation qualification (Certificate Level 1 & 2)
  • Ability to work safely and flexibility to live away from home for up to 2 weeks at a time
