Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager – E&I to join our team in Gladstone, supporting the maintenance scheduling team at Santos, GLNG, Curtis Island.

This position involves delivering maintenance campaigns as directed, aligning to the division's operational, reliability and integrity strategies. You will be responsible for:

  • The safe and efficient delivery of strategic maintenance campaigns
  • Ensuring that campaign ownership, methodology and objectives are clearly defined, understood and agreed by all stakeholders
  • Overseeing campaign budget in line with company requirements, identifies and delivers opportunities to reduce costs or improve productivity of own area
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, scheduling, planning and maintenance teams

Key Responsibilities

  • The safe and efficient delivery of strategic maintenance campaigns
  • Ensuring that campaign ownership, methodology and objectives are clearly defined, understood and agreed by all stakeholders
  • Oversee campaign budget in line with company requirements, identifies and delivers opportunities to reduce costs or improve productivity of own area
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, scheduling, planning and maintenance teams

Requirements

  • Trade qualified in Electrical & Instrumentation
  • Exposure in operations/maintenance/reliability management in a chemical/hydrocarbon plant environment or similar
  • Experience in Asset / Maintenance management tools such as Maximo, Oracle eAM, SAP, etc would be advantageous
