Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management team in CBRE Asia Pacific. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional administration support, tenant liaison, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Positive Relationships with tenants and provide prompt responses to their requests.
- Administer Leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants.
- Monitor Financial Transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations.
- Prepare Reports and Documents as required, including presentation materials and meeting minutes.
- Perform General Property, Office, and Administrative Duties, including greeting clients, attending meetings, and monthly reporting.
- Previous Property Administration Experience is highly regarded.
- Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills to thrive in a busy environment.
- Superior Communication Skills to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- A Positive Attitude and Flexible Approach to work.
- Real Estate Certificate or Working Towards It.
