About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of property portfolios, including rent collection, lease administration, and maintenance coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports
  • Manage arrears and debt recovery processes
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues
  • Prepare and process tenancy agreements, leases, and other property-related documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Collaborate with the property management team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Requirements
  • 3+ months of previous real estate experience
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license
