About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of property portfolios, including rent collection, lease administration, and maintenance coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports
  • Manage arrears and debt recovery processes
  • Organize maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues
  • Prepare and process tenancy agreements, leases, and other documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ months of previous real estate experience
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
