We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, tenant liaison, and operational support for a portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  • Administer leases and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports as required
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and meeting coordination
Requirements:
  • Previous property administration experience is highly regarded
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
