**Job Title:** Sustainability Professional

Job Description:

This is a senior-level position for a sustainability consultant to lead initiatives in corporate sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental and sustainable development consulting, with technical expertise in building physics and sustainable design principles.

Responsibilities include leading and delivering sustainability services, mentoring others, and driving industry-leading best practices across various frameworks.

  • Lead and deliver sustainability consulting services in a client-facing role.
  • Broaden the company's network of established clients to strengthen partnerships and ESD service offerings.
  • Oversee preparation of sustainability reports and conduct life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight, and carbon modeling.
  • Conduct NCC Section J compliance reviews and possess technical expertise in thermal/energy modeling software and sustainability frameworks.

Requirements include 4+ years' experience in ESD consulting, RPEQ or willingness to obtain, and accreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active preferred.
