We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our Industrial Automation business across the Pacific Zone.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
About YouIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the Industrial Automation marketing strategy
- Leading a high-performing marketing team
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies
- Working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Maintaining relationships with industry bodies to support thought leadership positioning
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or business development roles
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
