The new Marketing and Strategy Manager will lead the marketing, communication, and customer engagement functions for our Industrial Automation business across the Pacific Zone.
Your Impact
- Overall responsibility for the Industrial Automation strategy, marketing, communication and customer engagement functions.
- Lead a high performing marketing team, providing coaching and mentorship with succession and development plans.
- Guide sales teams to leverage growth in strategic segments, regions and channels.
- Collaborate with the global marketing community and Vice President to define and execute the Industrial Automation strategy.
- Champion a digital-first approach to marketing and sales, leveraging data and automation to grow the sales pipeline.
- Partner with segment leaders to define marketing and customer engagement plans for key segments and accounts.
- Oversee offer marketing, including market analysis, pricing, competitor insights, and commercial support.
- Collaborate with other business teams to drive growth and deliver key plans such as the Annual Marketing and Sales Plan.
- Align with customer marketing leads to deliver mutually beneficial promotional activities.
- Maintain relationships with industry bodies to support thought leadership positioning.
- Drive continuous improvement in persona NPS scores in collaboration with Customer Experience and functional leads.
- Ensure timely and engaging internal communications about strategy and developments.
- Coordinate with Marcoms on internal and external marketing and communication events.
- Contribute to strategy and business planning, owning the annual marketing and sales plan.
- Drive BTO and DCX metrics for the Industrial Automation perimeter.
- Develop and animate strategic marketing plans and breakthrough initiatives with sales.
- Contribute to market visibility and sales win rates through strategic placement of Schneider Electric activities.
About You

You are a strategic thinker and marketing leader with a passion for industrial automation and digital transformation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a strong mix of leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
You'll also bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or business development roles, preferably within the Industrial Automation or Technology sector.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with sales teams and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
