- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills in MS office suite.
- Tertiary qualifications with minimum 6 years relevant defence industry experience or 10 years previous experience working within a similar position in a matrixed organisation.
- Prior experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Proven experience in managing teams, KPIs, and contractual deliverables in the defence industry.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Australian Government Security Clearance (AGSVA) - NV1.
