Client Advisor Opportunity

 

The Blue Box, a legendary company known for its innovative approach to design and style, is seeking an experienced individual to join its team as a Client Advisor.

Job Description:

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a luxurious experience to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service tailored to their unique tastes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to increase performance and elevate client development and sales
  • Drive sales and ensure targets are exceeded

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role with a proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs
  • Able to build meaningful relationships with diverse clients
  • Innovative thinking and the ability to think outside the box
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekdays and weekends
