The successful candidate will lead the development and refinement of automated marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
This role involves analysing campaign and customer behaviour across key digital platforms to uncover insights that inform improved marketing practices.
- Design and implement personalised, automated customer experiences using segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain customer segments based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, demographics, and engagement patterns to enhance targeting and personalisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to automate communications and trigger-based journeys that support engagement, retention, and conversion goals.
- Execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness measurement.
- Analyse customer and campaign data to inform marketing strategy and optimisation.
- Ensure all marketing automation practices comply with data privacy standards and governance best practices.
- Hands-on experience in working with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365/Customer Insights-Journey or Adobe Campaign.
- Hands-on experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or PowerBI.
