Retail Operations Specialist

About a vital service that delivers fantastic shopping experiences to customers.

We're looking for a team member who will manage trolleys, trolley collection and cleaning services in our supermarkets. This role is all about ensuring our stores are clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers.

Our ideal candidate will have leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop their team through leading by example. They'll need to safely complete tasks such as pushing/pulling floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and pushing trolleys from the car park into the store.

Maintaining a focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers is crucial in this role. The successful candidate will also be able to be on their feet for long periods of time and lift heavy items (up to max 16kg).

What You'll Do
