Dirt Bike Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced and driven Dirt Bike Experience Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Your focus on efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement will drive results-oriented initiatives and support the continuous improvement of our services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily showroom operations and team performance
  • Manage staff rostering, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Lead recruitment, training, and team member retention
  • Control stock and minimize shrinkage
  • Use systems and data to improve efficiencies and make data-driven decisions
  • Track KPIs for opportunities for continuous improvement (Kaizen)
  • Lead sales strategies that align with business values and drive Service Beyond Expectation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you must have:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with POS/EFTPOS/NETO systems
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume retail environments
  • Goal-driven, organized, adaptable, and an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and time pressures
  • Skilled in customer service and visual merchandising
  • The ability to analyze, investigate, and interpret financial data and information
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
