- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors

- Assisting on reception and data management
- Managing enquiries from residents and guests

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent diligence and organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously to complete tasks
- Strong customer service skills, combined with resilience in navigating and resolving conflicts
- Administration and demonstrated customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
- Willingness to learn and professionally develop
- A professional, initiative-taking, and can-do attitude
