We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Village Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retirement village, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents.
Main Responsibilities- Operational Management: Manage the daily activities and services within the village, including maintenance and repairs, housekeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive living experience.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents.
- Communication: Provide clear and respectful communication to residents, staff, and external partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
