About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and support our village operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily inquiries, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience to residents, visitors, and contractors.
  • Assist with reception duties and coordinate incoming enquiries.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and daily operations.
  • Manage accurate data records and assist with invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate contractor inductions and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct resident welfare checks and follow up as necessary.
  • Develop and distribute community updates and newsletters.
  • Support the organisation of community events and activities.
What We Need
  • Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality that fosters trust and rapport with residents, families, and team members.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingsness to learn and professionally develop.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude.
