Job Description:
As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and learner engagement in our training programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving excellence in training systems and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compliance operations across RTO, TEO, and Ventia Training, ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards.
- Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments, methodologies, and system reporting.
- Manage digital learning systems, including LMS and client portals, ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
Requirements:
- Strong auditing, compliance, and quality control of training programs.
- Expertise in learning management systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, training, or audit.
