Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Training Professional to lead our compliance training efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering critical compliance programs that protect our organization and the broader financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content that transforms complex regulatory requirements into practical learning experiences.
  • Analyze training metrics to ensure programs meet regulatory requirements across Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, SAR Filing, and privacy domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Workforce Management, Operations, and Compliance, to gather feedback and approvals.
  • Coordinate global deployments of training worldwide with outsourced partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on instructional design and training project management.
  • Strong background in AML, Fraud, SAR Filing, or other Compliance-related areas.
  • Hands-on expertise with eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Suite) and learning management systems (Docebo).
