Job Description

We are seeking a highly influential and collaborative Programme & Integration Specialist to join our team for 12-months in a hybrid working pattern, based at our global head office in Collingwood.

In this role, you will provide PMO support to our technology integration with L'Oréal across all workstreams and projects as needed.

You will assist the Programme and Integration Leads in governance, planning, prioritisation, change control, reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk, issue, and knowledge management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating technology activities throughout the M&A lifecycle, focusing on post-merger integration and long-term technology transformation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration within scope and budget.
  • Track and report on programme and project status, assisting with risk, issue, and change request management.
  • Support the implementation of the technology integration strategy, including developing guiding principles, protocols, procedures, documentation, standards, and KPIs.
  • Provide support to technology project teams, applying project/programme management principles and assisting with project execution where required.
  • Contribute to developing and communicating programme and project plans and business cases.
  • Support development and maintenance of overall integration plan tracking interdependencies and escalating conflicts where necessary.
  • Prepare routine reports and documentation as required.
  • Support Steering Committee meetings as needed, including developing Steering Committee packs and documentation and following up on minutes.
  • Produce project status/update packs as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous PMO experience and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Previous delivery experience in a global environment, ideally but not limited to retail.
  • Previous experience in M&A technology integrations, preferably sell-side.
  • Experience in business analysis processes and expertise in tools like SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • An open mindset and deep curiosity, seeking to understand others, listening without judgment, and acting on diverse perspectives.
  • The ability to work in complex, global, cross-functional environments with tight deadlines.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
  • Articulate and confident communication skills, with strong ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships.
  • Subject matter expertise in technology transformation and change.
  • A customer-focused approach to technology management.
