About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Specialist to join our Digital Customer Solutions team at Zinfra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and practical solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Business Initiatives: Translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions, and lead business initiatives to deliver project expertise and conduct impact assessments on the customer portfolio.
  2. Contribute to Governance Framework Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to implement governance frameworks, road map, and project delivery.
  3. Facilitate Workshops: Identify customer needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions through workshops and stakeholder management.
  4. Provide Mentorship and Support: Mentor and support business-as-usual (BAU) operations, while driving ongoing project enhancements.
  5. Streamline Processes: Work closely with the Customer and Commercial teams to streamline processes and maximize technology's value.
  6. Implement Innovative Solutions: Engage with communities of practice to implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Ensure data management, system support, and documentation are compliant with industry standards and best practices.
  8. Drive Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead strategic initiatives to assess and improve the customer portfolio, driving innovation and growth.

About You:

  1. Background: Background in Computer Science or relevant experience in project management or business analysis.
  2. Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong analytical and strategic skills with a focus on process improvement and technology integration.
  3. Leadership Experience: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and resolving complex challenges.
  4. Mentorship and Coaching: Proven ability to mentor, coach, and foster continuous learning within teams.
  5. Utilities Sector Experience: Experience in the utilities sector, particularly with customer regulatory and compliance frameworks, is advantageous but not essential.
  6. Custom-Built Systems and CRM Platforms: Expertise in custom-built systems and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  7. Stakeholder Management and Workshop Facilitation: Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, capable of translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
  8. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing active projects and BAU enhancements to ensure successful outcomes.
