Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving operational efficiency and compliance across all store operations, processes, and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing operational efficiency and compliance in-store
  • Collaborate with Store Manager to review and improve store operational processes to maximise productivity and sales
  • Assist Store Manager in coaching and developing the team in operational processes
  • Manage cash handling and administration responsibilities in line with company compliance
  • Work closely with Store and Assistant Store Manager to manage all end of month processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in an admin, operations support and rostering environment
  • Inventory management or stock handling experience preferred
  • Critical thinking and solutions-focused approach
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical thinker
