Operations Excellence Manager

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and compliance across all store operations, processes, and tasks. Key responsibilities include supporting Store Managers to oversee operational efficiency and compliance in-store, reviewing and improving store operational processes to maximise productivity and sales, and managing cash handling and administration responsibilities in line with company compliance.

Main Objectives:
  • To provide expert guidance and support to Store Managers to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • To continuously review and improve operational processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
