We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Azure Cloud administration and Windows System Administration, with a proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Azure Virtual Desktop, Registry, File Storage, User Accounts and Access Control, Event Logs and Auditing, Networking (TCP, IP).
- Scripting and Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience in PowerShell/Kusto scripting, Cloud PC / W365 deployment and management, AVD deployment and tenant management, FSLogix profile management, RDS deployment and farm management, SysInternals Tools like Procdump, procmon, RAMmap and other tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, negotiation skills to achieve best outcomes, problem-solving abilities, customer focus commitment to providing exceptional service, team collaboration ability, adaptability flexibility, and leadership ability to mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
