About the Role:- Agricultural Systems Design & Optimization:
The successful candidate will enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and reliability of farming infrastructure, machinery, and processing systems.
Key Responsibilities include planning, designing, and overseeing mechanical systems for crop processing, grain handling, irrigation, and livestock infrastructure. They will also develop solutions to improve broadacre farming equipment efficiency and contribute to sustainable infrastructure design for horticultural ventures.
Project Management & Installation Oversight:- Manage assembly, erection, and commissioning of mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Coordinate project labor, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines, and establish quality control protocols.
- Conduct studies and analyze data to optimize labor and machinery performance.
- Enhance workflow efficiency and develop maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Design and specify components, machinery modifications, and custom solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to meet operational needs.
- Engineer systems aligned with sustainable practices, such as precision agriculture, energy-efficient equipment, and water-saving technologies.
- Support diversification into horticulture and agroforestry.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
