Assembly Technician Job Summary

This role involves working as part of a team in an assembly facility, reporting to the WA Assembly Manager. Key responsibilities include utilising hand and power tools for precise and timely completion of farm machinery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts for agricultural seeding and tillage machines to manufacturers specifications, including mechanical, hydraulic and electric components
  • Evaluate and ensure designs and finished work meet specifications, regulations and contract provisions
  • Perform field tests of assembled equipment
  • Utilise hand tools and workshop equipment proficiently
  • Perform field and workshop tests to manufacturers specifications before dispatch to customers
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during the assembly process

  • Proficient in using hand tools and workshop equipment
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
