Opportunity Summary:

As Director of Professional Services at Zone & Co, you will be at the forefront of shaping our professional services team's strategy and direction. Your expertise in SaaS solutions, combined with your leadership skills, will drive operational effectiveness and client satisfaction across the APAC region, focusing on NetSuite products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding and implementation, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Oversee project timelines, scope, and budgets with precision
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and effectively manage escalations
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing professional services team
  • Develop and implement best practices for quality service delivery
  • Identify and drive process improvements within the team
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align goals
  • Analyze performance metrics to enhance service offerings
  • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve project challenges
  • Create initiatives for exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in professional services or consulting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a professional services team in the fintech industry
  • Professional services experience implementing NetSuite products is required
  • Salesforce experience is highly desired
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive operational effectiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • NetSuite Certified
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree is highly valued)

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
