Job Opportunity: Construction Site Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee construction projects, ensuring all sites are maintained through regular audits and risk assessments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple work sites, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all WHS sites are maintained through regular audits and risk assessments
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage multiple work sites and update internal databases
  • Proactively schedule and forecast work activities in advance
  • Conduct routine site inspections to maintain high quality and standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Computer literacy
  • Professional and personal presentation
  • Strong understanding of Australian Building Codes
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (desirable)
  • Trade qualification
  • Knowledge of various tools
  • Safety-first mindset
  • Attention to detail
