Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our care team at our 96-place aged care service.

About the Role
  • Supervise and account for clinical care, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Lead all aspects of clinical care, including supervision and accountability.
  • Maintain accreditation standards and investigate incidents as necessary.
  • Oversee AN-ACC and liaise with the AN-ACC Liaison.
  • Develop resident care plans using the Lee Care clinical documentation system.
  • Manage QPS benchmarking reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they meet clinical care standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Investigate incidents and report findings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
