About the Role

Make a meaningful impact every day by delivering person-centred care to residents in a Residential Aged Care setting.

This rewarding role requires enthusiastic and compassionate RNs who can work both independently and collaboratively, supporting and mentoring nursing staff and Personal Carers.

As a key clinical leader, you will deliver holistic care that meets the preventative, palliative, and rehabilitative needs of our residents – helping them live with dignity and comfort.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality clinical care to residents.
  • Supporting and mentoring Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses.
  • Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated with collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Managing medications and supplies in line with legal requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies.
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
About You:
  • Minimum two years' recent experience as RN.
  • Experience in Dementia care is preferable.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experiences working within Aged Care.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
