About the RoleThe Clinical Manager will spearhead quality outcomes aligned with Strengthened Aged Care Standards, overseeing care delivery and initiating interventions where necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure dignity and respect for all stakeholders.
- Lead the team in achieving accreditation standards and maintaining compliance.
- Mentor, supervise, and educate staff to ensure consistent quality care.
- Maximise funding opportunities through effective care planning and documentation.
- Develop and review policies and procedures to reflect contemporary standards.
- Lead incident, complaint, and risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration.
- Formal qualifications in management or health highly regarded.
- Extensive experience in aged care management and strong clinical background in residential aged care.
- Proven leadership in staff supervision and program management.
- Ability to prioritise workload and achieve clinical outcomes.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to professional development.
- Sound judgement and effective response to HR complaints and incidents.
