We are seeking an enthusiastic Student Experience Advisor to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to students.
This pivotal role will focus on delivering exceptional non-academic support, helping students navigate systems and processes, both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely advice and support to students on administrative aspects of their studies, both in-person and online.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all non-academic student inquiries.
- Resolve student queries through effective case management and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with tuition fee processing and issue student cards and official documentation.
- Support student communications, including scheduled and ad-hoc messages.
- Ensure campus facilities and equipment are maintained and conducive to a quality learning environment.
- Participate in the creation of campus rosters for reception and onsite events.
- Maintain classroom setups and ensure compliance with approved capacity.
- Assist with fire warden and first aid duties.
- Minimum of one year of experience in student services.
- A Diploma qualification or higher is preferred.
- Experience with student management systems and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Higher Education Standards Framework and/or National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse student and staff groups.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
