Senior Business Solutions Consultant

This role involves a combination of functional expertise, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of CRM solutions that align with organisational goals.

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, and related modules).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
  • Design proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that showcase the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics in addressing client requirements.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Present product roadmaps, licensing options, and ROI to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, and whitepapers.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of competitors and develop strategies to differentiate offerings.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) with a strong pre-sales or solution consulting background.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across sales, marketing, customer service, finance, or supply chain.
  • Experience with RFP/RFI processes and proposal creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
