Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and support to clients and claimants.
  • Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance our services and processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
