Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to fill a key role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match colours for vehicles scheduled for painting.
  • Build and maintain a colour library.
  • Prepare, prime and paint vehicles according to job specifications.
  • Buff and denib vehicles.
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention.
  • Note any extra paint work required that is not quoted for.
  • Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to the supervisor.
  • Clean work bays and workshop areas.
  • Coach apprentices when required.
About You:
  • Trade qualified Spray Painter.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified Spray Painter.
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Own tools to fulfill the role.
