Western Truck Repairs is a renowned brand in the heavy vehicle smash repair industry and is a division under AMA Group - Heavy Motors. We offer a complete range of services, from minor mechanical and accident repairs to hand-finished re-builds. Our facility is a hub of activity with experienced panel beaters, mechanics, body builders, fabricators, spray painters, chassis aligners and electricians working together as a cohesive team.

We pride ourselves on a positive culture and love growing our team as we continue to expand. The opportunity is at Western Truck Repairs in Williamstown, reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces, select appropriate paints and materials, and utilise spray painting techniques to achieve desired results
  • Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments, to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer
  • Complete paint jobs in accordance with processes and procedures
  • Maintain spray booths and equipment
Qualifications
  • Be a Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
  • Experience in the Heavy Vehicle industry (preferred)
  • Have full Australian Working rights and a valid driver's license
