At Travengers AU, we are dedicated to creating travel opportunities and fostering social connections for young adults who are autistic or neurodivergent. We are seeking a driven Events Coordinator to join our team and assist in planning and organizing impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event timelines and schedules, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure venues, vendors, and necessary equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective event marketing strategies.
  • Communicate with attendees, support guides, and event partners before, during, and after events.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for supporting neurodivergent or disabled young adults, with work experience and lived experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using event management tools and software.
