Overview

As Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping with quotes, orders, delivery times, product issues or claims, and coordinating across calls, emails and online channels. You'll support smooth communication between customers, transport providers and internal teams, investigate delays or damages, and escalate more complex issues to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage quotes, orders, deliveries, and claims.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and coordinate with transport providers and internal teams.
  • Investigate delays and damaged items, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience working across multiple systems to track and resolve issues.
