About the role
This highly rewarding, phone-based role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service to TAC clients and health providers.
As a key point of contact for clients involved in transport accidents, you will use your empathy, efficiency and proactive call management skills to ensure clients receive the best possible support and care.
You will provide first call resolution where possible and connect clients to the right area of TAC to support their goals in recovery.

What we're looking for
Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service in a dynamic, phone-based environment.
Use empathetic communication and problem-solving skills to set expectations and resolve issues promptly by identifying root causes.
Adapt communication style to meet client needs.
A Drive for Success: Strong ability to work within a structured schedule, meeting clear KPIs and targets.
Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients and supporting the team's ongoing success.
Precision and Technical Skills: Maintain high accuracy in administrative tasks and recording information for all call queries using client software.
Demonstrated competency in using IT systems and databases efficiently.
