Commercial Property Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled commercial property and transactions professional to join our team.
- This role will enable you to demonstrate your exceptional skills across all stages of complex commercial property transactions, working closely with Partners on reviewing and negotiating sale contracts, leasing documents, and major property transactions.
- You will oversee the property aspects of subdivisions, renewables projects, development work, and real estate aspects of major corporate acquisitions and project finance deals.
The team is a high-performing group that creates a collegiate environment where junior professionals are coached and mentored by senior staff.

- The team values collaboration, novel thinking, hard work, and a good sense of humour.
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 6 years post qualification experience.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, and a plain English approach to drafting and advice writing.
- A commercial and pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, positive, and energetic approach, committed to delivering excellent service.
- Team-focused and the ability to work independently and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience using PEXA and a sound understanding of NSW land registry requirements.
