A highly skilled commercial property and transactions professional is required to join our team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating sale contracts, option deeds, leasing documents, and other agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate complex sales and leasing agreements.
  • Oversee the property aspects of major transactions in all sectors, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing and licensing, subdivisions, renewables projects, development work, and corporate acquisitions.
  • Work closely with partners and provide exceptional skills across all stages of commercial property transactions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, with a plain English approach to advice writing.
  • A commercial and pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Team-focused and able to work independently, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using PEXA and a sound understanding of NSW land registry requirements.
