Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to support our strategic building projects. This is a full-time position where you will ensure accurate and timely contract administration, compliance with commercial requirements, and effective monitoring, reporting, and forecasting of project performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage construction contracts
  • Review progress claims and issue payment certificates
  • Draft and prepare variations, delay notices, and extensions of time
  • Oversee job costing, cost reporting, and procurement processes
  • Input and maintain records in software systems
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
  • Maintain document control and comply with safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying or 10+ years of industry experience

  • Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Current Driver's Licence (with willingness to travel as required)
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
