Program details

Kickstart your career in the construction industry with our 18-month Graduate Development Program. Our program provides a customized learning experience to build essential knowledge and skills and allows you to develop across a range of Commercial projects. With a focus on individual development, you will have access to resources and support to achieve your professional goals.

  • Mentorship from industry leaders: Learn from experienced professionals who will guide and support you.
  • Skill-building opportunities: Gain practical, on-the-job experience complemented by tailored training and development sessions.
  • Regular performance reviews: Feedback every six months to track progress and support continuous improvement.
  • Diverse project exposure: Work on projects across different locations in Western Australia to develop a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

Graduates who successfully complete the program are offered permanent roles within our team.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Program you must be:

  • In your final year of university
  • A recent graduate in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction Economics, Design & Quantity Surveying
  • An Australian or New Zealand Citizen or permanent resident, or have a relevant Work Visa
