Insurance Claims Specialist

Troocoo is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to assist Queensland communities affected by extreme weather.
This role involves handling claims efficiently from lodgement to assessment, providing exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and identifying potential fraudulent claims.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Efficiently handle claims from initial lodgement through to final assessment.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication with policyholders throughout the claims process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities.
- Fraud Detection: Identify and escalate any suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims activity.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
A background in retail or hospitality is beneficial, particularly those with experience working with customers face-to-face. Your ability to adapt to an office-based environment will also be advantageous.
Benefits- Competitive Remuneration: $35.88 per hour + weekly pay.
