We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Team Leader to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our Customer Call Centre, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a group of coordinators to ensure efficient delivery outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a group of dedicated qualified professionals to achieve targets set.
- Provide a suitable work environment and implement people management processes.
- Coordinate Service operations and delivery activities and control the execution according to organisational guidelines.
- Act as a strong mentor, coach and leader of your team, ensuring they achieve their potential in professional growth.
- Work with Sales, Logistics and Operations to ensure that customer obligations are achieved, and take ownership of escalations.
- Ensure that Quality and Safety is a key responsibility of all employees and work with relevant stakeholders to support process improvements.
- Be passionate about Healthcare and work towards supporting the growth and customer satisfaction of our business.
Your Expertise:
- Previous experience leading a team and/or mentoring peers.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to identify process improvements.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Reputation of delivering high levels of customer service.
- You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
