Product Manager

The product development team is responsible for crafting a portfolio of strategic technology products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

You will work closely with other Product Managers to define and deliver the company's operating model, leveraging technology to drive innovation, improve the customer experience, enhance brand partner relationships, and boost business profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the customer advocate in all decision-making processes
  • Developing and maintaining a clear framework for prioritizing initiatives, enabling easy explanation of why certain projects are pursued over others
  • Evaluating the viability, feasibility, and desirability of proposed solutions
  • Communicating complex ideas through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts
  • Improving team efficiency by analyzing performance metrics, experimenting with new workflows, enhancing team engagement, and tracking agile metrics

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • 6+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
  • Significant expertise in developing digital products for web and native applications
  • Strong background in finance, tax, and accounting, including financial modeling
  • Experience leading a product from strategy through to initial idea, implementation, support, and continuous improvement
  • Customer-centric approach to product design, development, and delivery
  • Ability to build and maintain successful stakeholder relationships
  • Capacity to make informed decisions about whether to acquire or build new products to integrate into existing infrastructure
