  • Identify and design innovative solutions for market testing, including preparing business cases to secure investment.
  • Conduct detailed competitor and market analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Launch new features and enhancements to increase product usage, drive customer satisfaction, and support client growth and retention.
  • Prioritise cross-functional business and technology resources to meet delivery commitments and schedules.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle and release management, with a focus on optimising the user experience.
  • Monitor product performance, analyse usage patterns, and identify opportunities to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as a successful product leader with at least 5 years in product development teams, up-to-date knowledge of Australian financial markets and relevant regulatory considerations, and strong commercial acumen to make decisions impacting revenue, client retention, and operational efficiency.
