Key Role in Digital Strategy

You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital strategy and product vision. The ideal candidate will have expertise in defining and delivering digital products that meet business objectives.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in creating seamless customer experiences. They will be customer-obsessed, data-driven, and able to make informed decisions that drive growth opportunities and solve customer pain points.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement. You will also lead cross-functional teams as the Product Owner, tracking performance and translating optimisations into commercial outcomes for senior management.

The role requires exceptional leadership skills, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on being able to clearly articulate product decisions and influence cross-departmental teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective eCommerce sales strategies.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to define and own a digital roadmap that aligns to the broader strategic objectives.
  • Analysing data to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
  • Defining and owning the product roadmap, working with multiple teams to align release timings and reduce dependencies and/or risk.
  • Leading cross-functional teams as the Product Owner, tracking performance and translating optimisations into commercial outcomes.
