Job Title: Senior Delivery Executive

We are seeking a seasoned delivery executive to lead our delivery experience and allocation team nationwide. This role demands a highly proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about customer-centricity.

  • Oversee the Allocation team responsible for optimizing routes, meeting delivery deadlines/outcomes, and relevant KPIs.
  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the Delivery Experience processes and operations to identify and resolve challenges.
  • Manage daily financials including resource utilization, workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Develop and improve tools and processes for the Delivery Experience team to drive increased performance and KPI outcomes.
  • Ensure the Allocation team and Delivery Experience team keep the customer at the forefront of their actions.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure robust safety initiatives are executed and continued to improve Safety & Wellbeing.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years' experience in a similar industry or operational leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management experience.
  • Familiarity with route optimization tools and delivery management systems.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a medium-sized, geographically dispersed, and diverse operational team.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and improve team engagement levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude for our dynamic environment.
