About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Mandurah and Peel region. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with NDIS participants with psychosocial disability and support workers to deliver quality, person-centred, and customer-focused outcomes in an efficient and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, intervention, and evaluation for NDIS participants
  • Deliver speech pathology clinical practice in direct care delivery through application of evidence-based practice and policy
  • Educate, support, and liaise with participants, carers, colleagues, medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to provide multi-disciplinary care
  • Ensure all documentation is appropriately updated to the clinical standard required by Speech Pathology Australia and the NDIS
  • Adhere to code of ethics and practices
  • Participate in review meetings and case conferences as appropriate
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current and full registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Current police clearance
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check
  • Current driving licence
  • Full Australian working rights
